24/7 doctor support (on‑call, nationwide)
24/7 doctor support (on‑call, nationwide)
Introduction
Wyndly patients have continuous access to board‑certified physicians and our allergy care team. This page defines what “24/7” means in practice, how to reach us, what issues are appropriate for after‑hours support, and where to find safety information.
What “24/7” means at Wyndly
-
Always-on clinical coverage: a physician is on call for Wyndly patients at all times for urgent clinical questions related to your allergy plan. (See “How to reach us.”)
-
During business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Eastern): care coordinators and clinicians respond to routine questions, refill coordination, and non‑urgent concerns.
-
After hours, weekends, and holidays: the on‑call MD triages urgent clinical needs. Non‑urgent messages are queued for follow‑up during the next business window.
-
Scope: environmental allergy care (pollen, pet dander, dust mites, molds) including sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) guidance, side‑effect triage, dose questions, and treatment troubleshooting. Wyndly does not treat food allergies.
-
Eligibility: available to active Wyndly patients located in the United States (ages 5+).

Safety and emergencies (read first)
-
Life‑threatening symptoms or anaphylaxis: call 911 immediately. Do not wait for a callback. See our clinical overview of anaphylaxis for what to watch for and why epinephrine is first‑line care.
-
We do not offer food‑allergy treatment; if you suspect a food reaction, follow emergency guidance above and seek in‑person care.
-
Typical SLIT side effects are mild and local (mouth or throat irritation) and usually resolve quickly; severe reactions to sublingual immunotherapy are exceedingly rare. Review SLIT safety information in your patient materials.
After‑hours triage and escalation
-
Urgent clinical concerns (e.g., significant mouth/throat symptoms after dosing, suspected dosing error, new respiratory symptoms you believe are allergy‑related): text or call 720‑730‑9988 and indicate “Urgent.” The on‑call physician will triage.
-
Non‑urgent items (e.g., routine refills, scheduling, minor questions about shipments): send a text or email; our team follows up during business hours.
What’s included with your membership
-
Unlimited access to allergy specialists for questions about testing, dosing, side effects, and treatment progress (telehealth).
-
Proactive treatment check‑ins (e.g., at ~90 days) and ongoing care while you’re on therapy. Pricing pages note that physician access is included with treatment; see your plan materials for details.
Scope and limitations (to set expectations)

-

-
Geography: U.S. only.
