Who is eligible

You are eligible for the Allergy‑Free Guarantee if all of the following are true:

  • Condition: You are being treated for environmental allergies (pollen, pets, dust mites, mold). Wyndly does not treat food allergies. See eligibility details across our site (e.g., cat and dog pages).

  • Age: 5 years or older.

  • Location: United States only.

  • Medical fit: You meet Wyndly’s safety criteria (e.g., not pregnant; without contraindications such as EoE/MCAS; not on beta blockers), as reflected across our program pages.

Refund window and what’s refundable

  • Refund window: Within 90 days from your treatment start date (defined below), if you meet the requirements and report no improvement, you may request a 100% refund of treatment fees paid during that period.

  • What’s refundable under this guarantee: Treatment fees for sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) paid to Wyndly within the first 90 days of treatment.

  • What is not refundable under this guarantee: The at‑home allergy test once a sample is processed by the lab, prior physician services already rendered, and services or products outside Wyndly’s SLIT program (details below). See our operational notes on kits and shipping on the tracking and before your kit pages.

A quick reference table:

Item Refundable within 90 days (if requirements met) Notes
SLIT treatment fees (drops/tablets) Yes Full refund of treatment fees paid in the first 90 days if you qualify.
At‑home allergy test No, once processed Can be canceled only if the lab has not processed your sample; see before your kit.
Shipped medications (outside guarantee) No Medications already shipped are non‑returnable outside the guarantee; within the guarantee they are included in the refund of treatment fees.
Shipping Not applicable Wyndly offers free shipping on test kits and treatments.

Required steps to qualify

To keep the guarantee clear and fair, please complete the following:

  1. Complete diagnostic and plan setup

  2. Return your at‑home allergy test (or provide a valid test from the last 5 years) and complete your initial physician consult (program overview).

  3. Adherence ≥80% during the first 90 days

  4. Take daily doses per your prescription, with at least 80% adherence documented using the included escalation/maintenance tracking card (how your drops are tracked).

  5. Required check‑ins

  6. Complete the 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day treatment check‑ins and symptom surveys with your Wyndly care team. (We already schedule a 90‑day check‑in as standard; see patient FAQs.)

  7. Safety and communication

  8. Report any adverse effects to your Wyndly physician promptly and follow medical guidance for dose adjustments.

How we determine treatment start and “no improvement”

  • Treatment start date (T0): The earlier of (a) the first documented dose on your escalation/maintenance card, or (b) 7 calendar days after the carrier shows your first treatment delivery. Timing aligns with our dispensing/shipping timelines described on tracking.

  • “No improvement” standard: We assess the change between your baseline (day 0) and 90‑day symptom surveys (nasal/eye/respiratory symptoms and rescue med use). Per our patient FAQs, we judge progress by symptom reduction and decreased need for other meds (not by repeat allergy testing).

How to file a claim

Please submit within 10 days after day‑90:

  • Email: care@wyndly.com

  • Text/Phone: 720‑730‑9988 (M‑F 8am–5pm ET; physicians on call after hours for patients) — see contact

  • Include: Full name, date of birth, treatment start date, brief description of symptoms over 90 days, confirmation you completed 30/60/90‑day check‑ins, and photos/scans of your dosing logs (tracking card) covering the 90‑day period.

Our team will review eligibility and notify you of the decision. If approved, refunds are issued to your original method of payment. (Operational timing follows standard payment‑processor timelines.)

Exclusions and clarifications

  • Outside the 90‑day window: Requests submitted after day‑100 (90 days + 10‑day filing window) are not eligible.

  • Indications and geography: Non‑environmental allergies, patients outside the U.S., or those starting treatment under contraindicated conditions are not eligible (see safety/eligibility across program pages such as eye allergies).

  • Kits and lab processing: Allergy test kits that have been processed by the lab are not refundable; see before your kit.

  • Previously refunded accounts: If you have already received a guarantee refund on a prior course, repeated claims may be denied.

Examples

  • Example A (eligible): You started SLIT on March 1, completed 30/60/90‑day check‑ins, logged ≥80% dosing, and at day‑90 you still needed daily antihistamines with no symptom relief. You email the logs on May 30 (within 10 days of day‑90). Result: 100% refund of treatment fees paid in the first 90 days.

  • Example B (not eligible): You missed the 60‑day check‑in and took ~60% of prescribed doses. Result: Not eligible (adherence and check‑ins are required to apply the guarantee fairly).

  • Example C (test‑only refund): You request a refund for the at‑home test after the lab has processed your sample. Result: Not refundable; see before your kit.

FAQ

  • Does the guarantee cover annual or semi‑annual prepayments?

  • Yes. If you qualify, we refund treatment fees you paid that cover your first 90 days of therapy.

  • Do I need repeat allergy testing to prove no improvement?

  • No. As outlined in our patient FAQs, improvement is measured by symptoms and decreased need for other meds, not repeat IgE testing.

  • What if my medications arrived late?

  • We anchor T0 to your first documented dose or 7 days after delivery (whichever comes first), consistent with our shipping timelines.

  • Can children use the guarantee?

  • Yes, ages 5+, subject to the same adherence and check‑in requirements. See age guidance on pages like cat allergy.

  • Where will this policy be linked?

  • We surface this policy from pricing, program, and test pages so it’s easy to find before you enroll.
