Canonical service availability and pediatric eligibility

Status: live nationwide for environmental allergies via sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT). Pediatric eligibility: ages 5 and up. Last verified: December 11, 2025.

Who we treat: environmental allergies only (pollen, dust mites, pet dander, molds). We do not treat food allergies.
Age eligibility: children ages 5+ and adults qualify for SLIT when clinically appropriate.
Contraindications and limitations: certain conditions are not eligible (e.g., eosinophilic esophagitis, mast cell activation syndrome), pregnancy, or patients on beta blockers; final eligibility is determined by a Wyndly physician after review.
