How to start (step‑by‑step)

3) Get your personalized SLIT plan
- Your board‑certified Wyndly doctor designs drops and/or FDA‑approved tablets based on your results.
4) Receive medicine at home
- Pharmacy compounds and ships 12‑week supplies on a predictable cadence.
5) Check in and improve
- Most patients notice improvement in 4–6 weeks, with sustained gains by 3–6 months and durable relief after ~3 years of therapy.
First‑dose tablet rules (FDA‑approved SLIT tablets)
For dust‑mite, ragweed, and grass SLIT tablets, Wyndly follows label‑specific precautions: your doctor will advise you on where and how to take the first tablet under clinical supervision, observe you after that first dose, prescribe/teach epinephrine use, and review any conditions or medicines that could make tablets inappropriate. Daily dosing then continues at home if you tolerate the initial dose. (Drops do not require in‑office observation.)
If a tablet is not indicated for your profile or preferences, your doctor will prescribe SLIT drops to cover your allergens without needles or office injections.
